# Overview

> Artemis provides the fundamental datasets (protocol revenue and token supply) that power the S&P Pantera Digital Asset Index.

The [S\&P Pantera Digital Asset Index](https://www.spglobal.com/spdji/en/indices/digital-assets/sp-pantera-digital-asset-index/#overview) is a digital asset index administered by S\&P Dow Jones Indices in collaboration with Pantera Capital. Constituents are screened on fundamentals and weighted by market capitalization. Artemis serves as the fundamental data provider for the index, supplying the datasets used in its construction:

* **Protocol Revenue**: value accrued to tokenholders from a protocol's core operations
* **Outstanding Supply**: all created tokens, excluding protocol-owned holdings
* **Circulating Supply**: the freely tradable float
